Why we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct discovery calls, deliver and support our services, send service messages and marketing you have asked for, measure and improve our advertising, keep the site secure, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information for money

We do not sell personal information for cash. However, use of advertising and analytics cookies may qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out using the cookie banner, the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser, which we honor.

Who we share it with

Service providers who work on our behalf under contract, including our customer relationship platform, email and text message providers, payment processor, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. Text messaging / SMS

If you opt in to SMS from Inspirit Media & Marketing, we use your phone number to send the message types you consented to, including Discovery Call reminders, weekly strategy session reminders (Wednesdays at 12:00 PM PT), AI Marketing Assessment follow-ups, and booking links. SMS opt-in consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. We only share it with our SMS and CRM providers as needed to deliver the messages you requested.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request a copy of it, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, then for the period required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Inquiry records from people who do not become clients are generally kept for up to two years.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
